NAXION may offer incentives to participants to encourage participation in our research projects and express our appreciation for the time and attention given to such.
Participation in our surveys, focus groups, and other research activities is voluntary, without control or direction from NAXION, and does not establish an employment contract between NAXION and participants. As such, any consideration paid to a participant is not calculated based on time spent nor is it pro-rated on an hourly basis or otherwise.
NAXION values its research participants and makes every effort to clearly state the incentive amount, the payment method, any conditions that must be met for the incentive to be paid, and a means to contact us. Incentive processing time varies but participants can typically expect payment within 4-8 weeks of completing the survey or research activity.
