Unless otherwise stated, the following Terms and Conditions apply to proposals submitted by NAXION:
- Our proposals abide by the ISO 20252 standard for Market Research companies.
- NAXION complies with applicable laws and accepted industry standards, including Insights Association’s Code of Standards and Ethics for Survey Research.
- NAXION may use subcontractors to augment services and will disclose its use of subcontractors to clients upon request.
- Proposal pricing is valid for 90 days from the date of submission.
- Budget estimates are subject to a customary 10% estimating contingency fee.
- Changes in project specifications may affect the final price.
- Professional services are exempt from sales and use tax.
- Unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal and/or in the Master Services Agreement in place with NAXION, our standard terms of payment are:
- 50% upon authorization and 50% upon completion for Qualitative projects
- 33% upon authorization, 33% at the start of field, and 33% upon completion for Quantitative projects
- Products and samples supplied by the client will be adequately safeguarded and destroyed or returned to the client at the conclusion of the project according to client instruction.
- Project files and documents will be retained for at least 24 months from the delivery of the report or close of field if there is no report unless otherwise stated.
- A description of the project’s methodology will be available and provided at the client’s request.
- Qualitative projects cannot be projected statistically to the overall population. Additionally:
- Recordings of interviews will be available for a minimum of 2 weeks after the report has been delivered and recording format will be .mp3, .mp4, .wma, or .wmv.
- Unless otherwise requested, respondent verbatims may be included in the report if they are believed to aid in understanding project findings and do not include information that could identify the respondent.
