NAXION has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the Principles of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (EU-US DPF) the UK Extension to the EU-US DPF, and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-US DPF) to The Insights Association Data Privacy Framework Services Program, a non-profit alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States and operated by Insights Association.
