Trish Dorsey is a NAXION senior practice leader whose distinguished consulting career in financial services and information technology has focused on the application of cutting-edge tools for measuring and monitoring customer experience to the development of marketing strategies that create more powerful connections between customers and brands.  Trish brings many years of experience and a strong set of credentials to her role at NAXION.  Most recently, she was Head of Customer Experience and Thought Leadership at Ipsos Loyalty US, where she directed a team of professionals to support technology and financial services clients with their customer experience programs, including transitioning to EFM-based environments.  She was instrumental in driving methodological innovation in the group’s Mystery Shopping practice, in support of global strategic retail planning initiatives for technology clients such as Google, Samsung, Apple, and Amazon.
 
Prior to her tenure at Ipsos, Trish held multiple leadership roles at TNS, including East Region Consumer Team lead, US Financial Services sector head, and US Brand and Communications Practice lead.  In these roles, she supported numerous activities including development of thought leadership and external marketing materials, client relationship management, and insights delivery.  Before joining TNS, Trish worked at Knowledge Networks, supporting a global beer manufacturer with their advertising, branding, and new product development research initiatives.  Prior to Knowledge Networks, Trish was at MaPS (Marketing and Planning Systems) where she managed research across a variety of industries (CPG, agricultural supplies, TV cable services) and content areas (pricing, segmentation, customer satisfaction, and concept/product studies).  She began her research career at DRI/McGraw-Hill where she focused on economic forecasting and modeling.
 
Trish holds a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University and an MBA with distinction from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
