Jeff brings over 30 years of experience as an industry leader, management executive, and trusted advisor to executive level clients across a broad range of industries.  He is an accomplished business strategist whose professional focus includes reputation risk assessment and management, key account management, political polling, sales and marketing strategy, as well as the development and leverage of customer advisory boards.

Previously, Jeff served as the President of Opinion Research Corporation’s US Group and was a member of the global executive team with responsibilities for global marketing, strategy development, and overall growth of the corporate brand.  As part of these efforts, Jeff spear-headed the initiation and publication of the New York Stock Exchange’s global CEO Report and led the CNN|ORC Poll for over seven years.

Jeff served on the Board of Directors for CASRO (now the Insights Association) from 2010 to 2014 and was the 2012 Board Chair.  He is a frequent speaker and author.
